Waiting for an internal review by Northumbria Police of their handling of this request.

Dear Northumbria Police,

The Chairperson of the National Wellbeing and Engagement Forum is Lesley-Anne Knowles, the head of HR at Northumbria Police.

1. Can you tell me where the minutes of their meetings are now located as they are no longer on Northumbria Police FOI website? (In March 2017, the former host of these meetings says Northumbria Police now keep these records on their website)

2. I note from the previous minutes a number of attendees at the meetings in Birmingham are from Northumbria Police. these include Mrs Lesley-Anne Knowles, Ms Dawn Hemsley, Mr Nicholas Wirz, Ms Sue Hadden. Can you tell me how much does the attendance at these meetings cost the public in terms of:

a: Their wages per hour of attendance.

b: Their Travelling costs.

C: Their accommodation costs.

D: Their subsistence costs.

E: The cost to hire the venue.

3. Explain why it is necessary to have three to four members of Northumbria Police present at the same event, increasing the cost?

4. Confirm this event happens four times per annum

5. Provide the cost to Tax payers for Northumbria police staff attending the Annual CIPD conference as below:

a: Their wages per hour of attendance.

b: Their Travelling costs.

C: Their accommodation costs.

D: Their subsistence costs.

E: Any cost to cover their absence from their roles in Northumbria Police during their attendance at these events? (or are they simply unavailable to do their jobs whilst they attend these events, meaning the public are denied their expertise during the absence, but are still expected to pay for it?)

Please provide the above information from the date NWEF was formed until 7th February 2019.

Yours faithfully,
