National Undercover Working Group Action Plan

The request was partially successful.

Dear National Police Chiefs Council,

In the wake of the HM Inspectorate of Constabulary inspection of undercover policing, the National Undercover Working Group drew up an action plan to respond to the 49 HMIC recommendations. I would like to request under the Freedom of Information Act:

i) a copy of this action plan; and

ii) ask how many of the recommendations have now been implemented, and the numbers of those which to date have not been implemented (including where known if there are plans to meet those recommendations)?

If you are not the appropriate authority, please let me know who would hold this information.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Salmon

National Police Chiefs' Council
