Our Response:
We note that you have submitted an overlapping previous request for the
same information via whatdotheyknow.com (your reference 621712) which we
have written to you separately to acknowledge. We will be responding to
this request in line with statutory FOIA requirements in due course.
In terms of this request, section 14(2) of the FOI Act states that we are
not obliged to comply with any request if:
o It is made by the same person as a previous request;
o It is identical or substantially similar to the previous request; and
o No reasonable interval has elapsed since the previous request
