National Productivity Investment Fund - Sheffield City Region Bid for A61 London Road / Broadfield Road improvement
Dear Department for Transport,
I understand that Sheffield City Region/Sheffield City Council has been awarded funds from the National Productivity Investment Fund (announced here https://www.gov.uk/government/news/gover...) for a 'A61 London Road / Broadfield Road improvement' project.
Please could you provide me with a copy of the bid that was submitted by Sheffield City Region/Sheffield City Council. I understand that it should have been published on the internet already (as per the front page of all DfT bid documents), but I've not been able to find it.
I'm specifically requesting the bid document, as well as any appendices submitted along with it.
Yours faithfully,
Matt Turner

Dear Department for Transport,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Transport's handling of my FOI request 'National Productivity Investment Fund - Sheffield City Region Bid for A61 London Road / Broadfield Road improvement'.
I specifically asked for "the bid document, as well as any appendices submitted along with it" however only the bid document has been released (at the webpage I've been linked to) and none of the appendices.
No refusal notice was issued for the appendices as I would have expected.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...
Yours faithfully,
Matt Turner
