National Oversight Group minutes of May 2017
Dear College of Policing Limited,
I would like to request
a) a copy of the minutes of the meeting of the National Oversight Group (National Undercover Scrutiny Panel) that took play in May 2017.
b) a copy of the paper of Katerine Hadjimatheou presented at the meeting of the Group held on 19th January 2017.
If these are already available publicly online, I am content to be referred to the relevant pages.
Yours faithfully,
Peter Salmon
Dear College of Policing Limited,
In addition to this request, I note that a dedicated page for the minutes of the National Oversight Group / National Undercover Scrutiny Panel is maintained by the College at http://www.college.police.uk/FOI/Pages/m... but the set of minutes are incomplete. Will this page be updated with all available minutes and maintained as such?
Yours faithfully,
Peter Salmon

Dear College FOI,
I wish to query why the first part of this FOIA request has been been refused under S.22. I understand that the paper of Katerine Hadjimatheou referenced into the second part, is appropriately caught under this exemption; however, it is not apparent that the minutes of the meeting would be. Can you please confirm whether or not there is an intention by the College of Policing to publish the minutes of the meeting at a future date?
Yours sincerely,
Peter Salmon
Dear Mr Salmon,
Thank you for your email.
As per the second sentence in Appendix A "I can confirm once the meeting minutes have been ratified they will be published on our website". Therefore, I can confirm the minutes will be published at a future date.
Thanks and regards,
James
