National Electronic Rostering Update documentation
Dear Greater Glasgow NHS Board,
I am emailing to request if you have the below documentation that has been listed as available in the Area partnership forum from February 2020-
The required documentation from the NSS SSTS/ATOS team is now available outlining how SSTS meet the National eRostering Requirements.
Would you be able to direct me to where this may be available or if you could provide me with this documentation specifically?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Sam Lawrence

Dear Mr Lawrence
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004
FOI REQUEST 15987 National Electronic Rostering Documentation
Thank you for your request for information received 11th May 2020 as
described in your email shown below. We are dealing with this under our
procedures for requests made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland)
Act 2002 (FOISA).
On 1 April 2020 the Scottish Parliament passed emergency legislation in
response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. The Coronavirus
(Scotland) Act 2020 came into force on 7 April 2020 and contains a number
of temporary amendments to the operation of freedom of information (FOI)
law in Scotland. These amendments will mean that, for a temporary period,
the maximum timescale within which Scottish public authorities must
respond to requests is extended from 20 to 60 working days. Further
information on these changes can be found on the website of the Scottish
Information Commissioner at:
BLOCKEDitspublicknowledge[.]info/home/ScottishInformationCommissioner[.]aspxBLOCKED
We will still endeavor to respond to requests promptly, and within as
short a timescale as possible. However we ask you to note that, during the
current Coronavirus pandemic, staff resources within the NHS are focussed
toward direct patient care. This means that our ability to deal with, and
respond to, non-clinical issues such as requests under FOISA, may
therefore be significantly reduced.
If you have any queries about the progress of your request, or when you
can expect to receive a response, please contact me at the details below
quoting our reference number 15987.
Yours Sincerely
Russell Greig
