Dear Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland,

This request is made regarding Section 3(2)(b) of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 [the Act]. Under the Act the Scottish Police Services Authority [the SPSA] has a duty in regards to 'development, provision, procurement, maintenance, management, support and oversight' of 'national data systems.'

Please provide me with a definitive list of 'national data systems' (as per s.3(2)(b)(i)) with which the ACPO in Scotland considers the SPSA has been tasked with the duties identified above.

Yours faithfully,

D McIntyre
