Dear Northumbria Police,

I am requesting information under FOIA and also all other rights of access concerning National Ballistics Intelligence Service (NABIS);

Please confirm if;

1, Every single item of recovered ballistic material that fits the NABIS submission criteria and which was linked to the 17 June 1999 shooting in Whitley Bay was added to NABIS database since its lanunch in April 2008 including, but not limited to;

a, The 2 handguns and thirty eight rounds of live ammunition found by Northumbria Police in the Gateshead area in September 1999 which were linked to Whitley Bay attempted murder, shooting.

b, All of the cartridge cases, empty shells recovered from Whitley Bay crime scene.

2, NABIS has identifed any related incidents, shootings linked, traced to;

a, Either of the two handguns?
b, The thirty eight round of live ammunition?
c, The cartridge cases, empty shells?

I would like full details concerning all of the above and any related incidents, shootings linked to any of the 2 handguns. the thirty eight rounds of live ammunition and or the cartridge cases, empty shells by NABIS (the FSS before 2008, any other third party between September 1999 and January 2017)

3, Where are thet now;

a, the 2 handguns?
b, the thirty eight round of live ammunition?
c, the cartridge cases, empty shells ?
