circumstances we will provide a response within 20 working days of
receiving your request. There may be a small number of occasions where we
may need to extend the 20 working day deadline. We will inform you if this
is likely.

Cornwall Council is made up of many different services and additionally,
wholly owned companies who are responsible for areas such as housing and

cases will be forwarded on to the relevant service or wholly owned company

progress your request until clarification has been received.

it under any cost limit. In a small number of other cases, a charge may
apply such as with certain environmental information, but we will let you
know if this applies.

We deal with around 2000 FOI/EIR requests for information each year, with
the cost to the Council (not to the customer) ranging between £25 and £450
per request. You may be able to find the information by checking previous
responses on our [1]Disclosure Log, the Council's Publication Scheme, or

Dear Ms McMenemy,

Your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Thank you for your request for information about individual teams within
both Childrens and Adults Social service,  which we received on 12^th
September 2018. We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

Under Section 22 (Information intended for future publication) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 we will be releasing that information at a
later date. In applying this exemption we have had to balance the public
interest in withholding the information against the public interest in
disclosure. The Council has concluded that the public interest test
favours non-disclosure because although disclosure of this information
would answer this requests fully, the Council needs this time to formulate
the document effectively before it is published on our website. Therefore
in conclusion we are of the opinion that the balance of public interest
favours non-disclosure of this information in all circumstances of the
case at this time.

The information will be made available on our disclosure log available on
the councils website.

If you have any queries about this letter please contact me. Please
remember to use the reference number above.

If you’re not happy about the outcome of your response, you have the right
to request an Internal Review. This must be done within 40 working days of
the receipt of your response.

If you wish to complain about the way the Council is dealing with your
request, please write to:

Dear Ms McMenemy,

We responded to you on the 11th September 2018, within the 20 working days exempting this information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Using section 22 of the act which is Information intended for future publication. This is because we have previously had another request for this information which was responded to in August 2018. As such this response with the same information you have requested is to be published on our Disclosure log on the Councils website a link for this is below.

https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/council-and-...

I have however, attached the response to the previous FOI that is to be published on the councils Disclosure Log. Which answers the same questions as you have raised.
