Dear DWP freedom-of-information-requests,

You have failed to respond to my information request promptly and within the 20 days as stipulated by legislation. This reply should have been made by 26th October 2012 and this message is being sent to you on 13th November 2012 which is now 12 working days (18 days) over due.

The legislation on information requests states up to 20 working days but does not necessarily mean that requests have to take 20 working days to comply.

My request for information should not be delayed any further otherwise I will escalate this matter to the data commissioners office for a complaint.

Yours sincerely,

Mark Giblin
