Request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) /

Thank you for your enquiry sent to us on 25 January 2018 for a copy of the
Mytholmroyd Flood Alleviation Scheme report.

 

In answer to your request, please see the attached table ‘Mytholmroyd FAS
cost build-up’. The overall cost of the scheme has been calculated by the
Environment Agency. We have not commissioned this work and as such do not
have a report in in the format that you have requested. However we are
able to provide you with the attached table which details the costs for
the various elements of the scheme. Since our last correspondence, please
note that the total scheme cost has been updated to £31.9m.

 

Again please accept our apologies for the delay in providing you with this
information.
