Glasgow City Council announced in August 2016 that private hire vehicles illegally plying for hire within the city would be targeted by mystery shoppers. See link below...
Can you please disclose when the mystery shopper scheme specifically targeting private hire vehicles commenced, or when it will commence?
If the mystery shopper scheme has indeed commenced, please disclose the number of private hire vehicles that have been caught illegally plying for hire as a result of the mystery shopper scheme.
Please do not include any mystery shopper data outwith private hire.
