Dear Ann,
The supplied figures are misleading. Not all problems are reported via the Supportwork. Thousand of problems are reported by emails and many more are reported in person by staff and students to the Student Enquiry Team of the Fraser Building. I am sure you have seen those long queues in front of the Fraser Building.

Handling of support calls for MyCampus is chaotic to the extent that we are in constant state of anxiety as what will happen next.

Those responsible for MyCampus have no experience of delivering a service and they are clueless when it comes to the provision of support. That is why they can’t even tell you the cost of resolving these problems.
