I have attached copies of Jobcentre Plus guidance relating to CV Job
Broking Service as well as Jobseeker's Directions for your information.
This guidance deals with your first 6 questions. It may be helpful if I
explain that the Freedom of information act makes provision for the
disclosure of recorded information (including guidance and legislation
held by public authorities) but does not provide that we must create new
information to answer your questions or provide you with legal advice on
the interpretation of the information, guidance or legislation
requested.

In relation to your final 2 questions, I can confirm that claims to
Jobseeker's Allowance are governed by The Jobseeker's Allowance Act 1995
and The Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996. Section 21 of the
Freedom of Information Act allows us to direct you to information which
is already reasonably accessible to you.

The Jobseekers Act 1995 and the Jobseekers Allowance Regulations 1996

Jobcentres have no need for anyones CV, and they cannot force you to give them a CV, it is consensual only, and if you give them one, legally you have consented to this.

If you need help and advice you ask for it, but Jobcentres will put immense pressure on individuals with inferred threats and aggressive approaches. They tried it with me right up to the point where I consulted a Human Rights solicitor, they then backed off and became very apologetic.
