Municipal waste incinerator annual reports for 2013

Imogen Harvey made this Freedom of Information request to Environment Agency

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Environment Agency,

Further to the FOI request submitted on the 20.08.2014, it appears that two facilities have not been included in the response. These are the SITA Tees Valley Limited facility at Haverton Hill Road, Billingham TS23 1PY and the Newlincs Developments Limited facility at South Marsh Road, Stallingborough, Grimsby, NE Lincolnshire DN41 8BZ. Could the annual reports for 2013 for these facilities be made available as well?

In addition, if any annual reports for 2014 are available these would also be useful.

Yours faithfully,

Imogen Harvey
