Dear Gosport Borough Council, under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. please provide the recorded authority in law, by which you intend to fine members of the public walking more than six dogs.
Please also state whether this authority extends to bitches or that an exemption applies.
Please also state if this action is within criminal or civil jurisdiction, or that you intend using an unlawful administrative arrangement.
