Multi-Domain Master Data Management Platform.

The details we require are:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your email of 2 November 2020, in which you requested the
following information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000:

The suppliers that registered an interest on the e-sourcing portal, were
invited to tender and submitted a proposal for the Licensing contract that
was evaluated were (Their was no pre-qualification questionnaire
undertaken):

The suppliers that registered an interest on the e-sourcing portal , were
invited to tender and submitted a proposal for the Services contract that
was evaluated were (Their was no pre-qualification questionnaire
undertaken):

Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)

 

The contract value for the Licences contract was £314,425

The contract value for the Services contract was £2,263,000

 

• Start date & duration of framework

The contract for Services commencing on the 20^th February 2017 for an
initial period of three years.

The contract for Licencing commencing 30^th November 2016 with an initial
contract term of 60 months. 

 

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?

There is no extension clause for the Licence contract.  There is an
extension clause on the contract for Services for a further two periods of
one year.

 

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?

.   Yes a decision has been made on the Licence contract.  Yes a decision
has been made for the Services contract. 

 

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?

The senior responsible owner for both these contracts is Diana McAuley.
