Thames Valley Police was posting adult safeguarding entries at the time of this request. If Lara Patel's answer is correct, it could explain the lack of involvement from Oxfordshire Adult Social Care in relation to the requests. Unfortunately Lara Patel's answer is false as Oxfordshire Safeguarding Adults Board (OSAB) was in existence on 3 May 2016.
