Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),

I am requesting information as per the following;

a)How many suspected MSSA cases have their been in each NHSCT building for each month from April 2010

b)How many deaths have been recorded with MSSA cited as the reason or contributing factor

c)Why is MSSA not subject to control targets
