In respect of the £303k zero interest loan made to Move 51 by Haringey Council, please provide a copy of the loan agreement and please confirm whether any form of security was provided (e.g. charges, guarantors, sureties etc).
In respect of any money borrowed by Move 51 from HfH, please provide a copy of the loan agreement and please confirm whether any form of security was provided (e.g. charges, guarantors, sureties etc). Also please confirm whether any loans from HfH are zero interest.

The information requested is set out below.
In respect of the £303k zero interest loan made to Move 51 by Haringey
Council, please provide a copy of the loan agreement and please confirm
whether any form of security was provided (e.g. charges, guarantors,
sureties etc). There is no formal loan agreement in place between Move 51
and Haringey Council, therefore we are unable to supply a copy. There was
no security provided in respect of the loan.
In respect of any money borrowed by Move 51 from HfH, please provide a
copy of the loan agreement and please confirm whether any form of security
was provided (e.g. charges, guarantors, sureties etc). Also please confirm
whether any loans from HfH are zero interest. There is no formal loan
agreement in place between Move 51 and HfH, therefore we are unable to
supply a copy. There was no security provided in respect of the funds,
nor was any interest charged.
