Dear Homes for Haringey,

This FOI request relates to the agency Move 51 Degrees North.

I write in reference to your response to our FOI request LBH/6997718, in which you state that the total number of properties let or managed by M51N was 3.

In respect of each of these three properties please specify what service/work was undertaken. For example:

-Arranged for potential client to view property
-Preparation and signing of tenancy
-Protection of deposit(s)
-Arranging for repairs
-Forwarding of rent to landlord after deducting commission

Please could you make it clear where on going services were provided, and where it was simply a one off, for example the preparation and signing of a tenancy.

Your further enquiry, asking us to make it clear where on going services
were provided, and where it was simply a one off, for example the
preparation and signing of a tenancy.

 

We are not treating this as a new FOI request, but rather as
correspondence. I will write back to you following a meeting that I will
have with our Governance team on 29/03/2018.
