Freedom of Information Act Request

Thank you for your email dated 28 January 2018 regarding Land Registry
transactions.

Data held on the Move 51 financial system shows 17 transactions with the
Land Registry totalling £2,142. We do not have the exact number of
searches as some of the old transactions have been entered as “Land
Registry searches” as opposed to e.g. “26 Land Registry searches.” This
information is based on data migrated from the previous financial system,
therefore there may have been more individual transactions, but the manner
in which this data was migrated and is now held does not allow for any
further detailed breakdown.

If you are unhappy with how we have dealt with your request and wish to
