The two that I am aware of are located alongside CCTV cameras outside the cenotaph/ Metropole hotel and the traffic island outside Wilkinson's on Talbot Road.

These are Police ANPR Cameras. They are attached to the Council's
CCTV camera columns and use the Council's fibre network. The
Council does not have access or control over the data collected or
any associated alarms.

If you have a complaint about the handling of your request you may

If you are not happy with the outcome of the review, you have the right to
