With regard to the above order, as discussed at the Cabinet meeting held in September 2017, I would be grateful if you could advise me as to whether this order has been made or confirmed.
Additionally if it has progressed since that date, please advise in which publications this order was advertised.

The Authority can confirm the order was made on 7th August 2017 and
confirmed on 14th February 2018. Confirmation was publicised in the
Western Mail on 1st March 2018.
