Dear Liverpool City Council,
I note, yet again, that LCC are responding to some FOI requests in a matter of days or weeks, whereas, I have FOIs going back to August 2020 onwards that have not been responded to.
Could I have some responses please......including this one
Yours sincerely,
Josie Mullen
Dear Liverpool City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Mount Pleasant Car Park'.
[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...
I note that many FOIs [sometimes quite complex] have been responded to within days or weeks, and yet this FOI request has not been answered after two months. Please investigate why LCC seem to pick and choose who they respond to in a timely fashion. There seems to be no logic in LCC's procedures. Responses do not seem to be predicated on the dates the requests are sent, nor on the complexity of the request.
I am sending a copy of all my outstanding FOI's to the City Solicitor.
I would appreciate a response to this FOI as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Josie Mullen
Dear Liverpool City Council,
I am sick to death writing the same old request time after time. This Internal Review is now [as usual] very, very, very, very, very late. A response please.......AND DON'T IGNORE ME !!!!!!!!!
Yours sincerely,
Josie Mullen

You will never let you get to the bottom of this stinker.
A response will prove someone wielded the power to put their foot on the throat of a deal.
And if that happened here, why did it not happen everywhere else?
We'll all be skating with the Devil on the lakes of The Underworld, before this one comes back.
Dear Liverpool City Council,
You've had over a year to respond to this FOI......WHEN IS IT GOING TO HAPPEN?
Yours sincerely,
Josie Mullen

This iinaction is a disgrace Josie.
Don't give up. The tax paying public deserve respect. I naturally include you in that group.
You are clearly being direspected, targeted and ignored yet again.
When are the Commisioners going to stop being hoodwinked and recognise the blatent dishonesty happening every day under their noses?
LCC ignore on the premise that they hope the likes of us will give up eventually. Keep chipping away Josie. The truth always comes out in the end.

Hi Josie,
This has been kicked into the long grass.
Stick in a review and get this process moving towards the commissioner and an appeal.
We should do this with all out of time requests, and class action LCC for failure to comply with statutory duties.
