1. Please provide information relating to any assessment of the MOU for 2022/23. I am thinking of high-level documents summarising key issues used to determine the effectiveness of the MOU.

5. For the year 2022/23, please provide the number of times LAs contacted you about seeking to onwardly disclose data derived from DWP, HMRC and/or Home Office data.

6. Please send me a copy of the guidance.

7. Please provide the number of bans you imposed on individuals alleged to have made unauthorised access or misused DWP, HMRC and/or Home Office data

'7.11 If any organisation is considering notifying the ICO of a breach involving data that originated with DWP, they must consult with DWP as soon as possible before doing so by emailing lawelfare.lasecurity [at] dwp.gov.uk'

8. For the year 2022/23, please provide the number of times organisations consulted with you regarding data breaches they were considering notifying the ICO about.
