MOU

The request was refused by Post Office Limited.

Dear Post Office Limited,

Was a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in place between POL and the NFSP at the time of the £500k payment by POL to the NFSP in December?

Why would a leaked document specifically refer to a £500k payment from POL to the NFSP on condition that the NFSP special conference voted in favour of NT MK II?

To contain such a condition indicates that the MOU was prepared, written and presented to POL prior to the special conference taking place.

Such a condition would hardly be included into the document at the behest of the NFSP. It is clearly a condition inserted by POL.

Why would a payment be made by POL of exactly £500k to the NFSP following the special conference.

Please answer Yes or No to the following question:

Did Paula Vennells have sight of the MOU, signed or unsigned, prior to the payment of £500k to the NFSP?

Did she mention the MOU in any emails to the General Secretary of the NFSP?

Yours faithfully,

Tony Williams

Dear FOIA,

Thanks for this. As I am sure you have guessed by now, I work in Old St and have access to this information. All I was trying to do was put it in the public domain where it belongs.

I might just do it another way now.

Yours sincerely,

Tony Williams

Hello Tony,

We at JFSA are always interested in exposing the unhealthy arrangement between POL and the NFSP, which has been so detrimental to all our membership. So please let us know if we can assist in any way, our details can be found on our Justice For Subpostmasters Alliance website.
