Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Mott Macdonald draft bus lane report and correspondence'.

I do not believe the exemptions applied are lawful.

It is inconceivable that no correspondence exists between the parties.

If the authority does not supply the information requested, I will lodge a formal complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

Stephen Baker
