Motorcycle and Rider Stats for West Yorkshire
Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,
I'm doing some research into the number of motorbikes and riders in the West Yorkshire area. Please provide the following:
1. The number of registered motorbikes in the West Yorkshire area (postcode areas BD, HX, HD, WF, LS and OL14) broken down by postcode area for each year since 2005 or the earliest year available if this is later. If possible please also break this down by tax band.
2. The number of full motorbike licence holders in the West Yorkshire area (postcodes areas BD, HX, HD, WF, LS and OL14) broken down by postcode area for each year since 2005. If possible please also break this down by licence category (AM, A1, A2 and A).
3. If possible, the number of provisional licence holders who have completed the CBT in these postcode areas for each year since 2005, again broken down by area.
Yours faithfully,
Marcus Houlden
