Dear Scottish Environment Protection Agency,

On the early hours of Saturday morning, the 11th June 2011,
Mossmorran Chemical Processing Plant had an incident which resulted in what some locals described as explosions followed by rumbling/vibration and excessive flaring (ref: http://lochgelly.org.uk/2011/06/the-dawn...)

We have been notified by the HSE that your organisation will
have dealt with any reports of the incident, therefore I am
requesting a copy of all information you have received from
Shell/Exxon regarding the incident at the Mossmorran plant which began on the 11th June 2011 as well as any documentation SEPA have concerning the incident.

Please include any final reports, such as accident reports, failure reports, etc.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your email, received by SEPA on 11/01/2012, in which you asked for the following information:
