Mosaic software

john smith made this Freedom of Information request to Scottish Borders Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Scottish Borders Council,

I have reviewed previous FOI responses on this subject and I am confused.

You previously stated that the Council did not intend to pre-purchase Mosaic from Corelogic. A more recent response indicates that the Council will be using this software.

Q1 : Did the Council take up the 'early adopter'offer of £40k purchase price for Mosaic in 2011?

Q2 : On which date did the Council agree to take Mosaic?

Q3 : How much is the Council paying for Mosaic? Please list the initial licence price, annual support costs and services costs

Q4 : When does the Council expect to go live with Mosaic?

Yours faithfully,

J Smith
