£524,019 to upgrade from Corelogic Frameworki to Mosaic?

What?

Did this ever go to tender? If not, why not?

Nottinghamshire County Council, what's wrong with you? Wasn't the existing system good enough? Because if not, couldn't you have spoken with your supplier and maybe asked them for a free upgrade before spending half a million pounds?

I'm really concerned about this. We're seeing cuts in vital services, why couldn't we have kept the old system a few years longer?

Half a million pounds to move from one Corelogic system to another seems excessive.
