Hello Dee,

1)
This NHS Trust has done NOTHING to earn the public's trust;
they need to clarify the "Community" that the Trust sees itself responsible for and what the time lines are for the dates for example, for 2012-2013 will the stats run from April to April (the Trust started on the 1st April) or from January to January.

2)
What system does the Trust use to monitor and record the data that you seek.

... don't hold your breath. The wonderful nurses who cared for my Mother before she died in Barnet Hospital last Sunday stated that the NHS was managing before the introduction of Trusts. its been down hill since then, from bad to worse ..

Shockingly high and foggy stats. A blatant disregard for the Francis Report and the need for transparency.

It is appalling that an NHS Trust has not bothered to protect patient data or keep a fit for purpose AUDIT of service users deaths.

Where is the CQC in all this mud?
