Thank you for the reminder received  today, we acknowledge the receipt of
your email that was received on 19 August 2020 23:58  2020.  

The Council has a duty to respond ‘promptly’, or no later than 20 working
days which in this case is 21^st September, 2020.

 

 We do apologies for the delay in responding to your request which has
been caused by additional pressures on staff because of staff shortages.
