More false claims by Johnson

Prime Minister's Office did not have the information requested.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Background:
In March 2021 Boris Johnson claimed that Kier Starmer voted against the NHS long-term plan published in June 2019, which commits to a minimum pay rise of 2.1% for NHS staff. This prompted outrage from Labour MPs and a complaint from the shadow health secretary, Jonathan Ashworth – because no one voted against the NHS Funding Act, which brought the 2.1% pay rise into effect.

FoI request:
Part 1a: Please provide a copy of the evidence held by Boris Johnson to support his claim that 'Kier Starmer voted against the document in question'.

Part 1b: If it exists, please provide a copy of Boris Johnson's apology for making the claim.
