Dear Welsh Government,

Following the publishing of Wales' general practitioner (GP) workforce data today. Please could you provide to me the following:

1. The fully qualified Welsh GPs headcount data without the the inclusion of locums for June 2021, September 2021, December 2021 and March 2022.

I understand that locums were included post-June so please could I see comparable figures.

2. How many Welsh GPs came out of retirement during the pandemic and how many of those have now retired once more?

3. How many Welsh GPs postponed their retirement and how many of those GPs have since retired?

4. How much did locums cost the NHS in Wales between the end of December 2021 and the end of March 2022?
