To help Mr Trower

The document 'Mooring on Canal & River Trust Waterways Your Obligations' was published on 28 January 2022. This post dates the introduction of CRT's "improper mooring process" on 10 January which mentions a booklet "to be sent to boaters".

However, it was not linked to until 16 March 2022, that the "Mooring FAQs web page was updated to accomodate it (see bottom) - https://canalrivertrust.org.uk/enjoy-the...

Hope this helps.

To further help Mr Trower -

CRT's response is devisive. It claims that the document you refer to was published on 14th of February 2020 as part of a boaters update and provides a link to that boaters update.

However, the boaters update does not contain the document you are requesting or provide a link to it.

The facts are as per my previous annotation -

Published 28 January 2022 but not linked to until 16 March 2022.

You may wish to ask for an internal review. CRT should confirm that the document at -

https://canalrivertrust.org.uk/media/ori...

- was not published until 28 January 2022 (and not linked to until 16 March 2022)

Dear J.Fellows,

Your response states that the document you refer to was published on 14th of February 2020 as part of a boaters update and provides a link to that boaters update.

However, the boaters update does not contain the 'Mooring on Canal & River Trust Waterways Your Obligations' booklet. The boaters update says, 'The boater will also receive a booklet including extracts'. It doesn't even mention 'Mooring on Canal & River Trust Waterways Your Obligations'.

Please, have a look again and let me know when the booklet, 'Mooring on Canal & River Trust Waterways Your Obligations' was first published.

Yours sincerely,

Marcus
