Dear Transport Scotland,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Transport Scotland's handling of my FOI request 'Montrose Rail Line'.
On 23rd August 2021, you stated that you needed further time to collate the information requested. Nearly two months has passed and I have had no further response from yourselves.
I remind you that by law, you should have responded to my request. Depending on the nature of your response, I may refer this to the Information Commissioner.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...
Yours faithfully,
John Ruddy
