Monitoring of international students

Josie Appleton made this Freedom of Information request to UK Border Agency

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, UK Border Agency should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear UK Border Agency,

In follow up to my FOI response, 1243 Response V1 2010 09 20.pdf, on the monitoring of intentational students, which you were unable to answer due to cost considerations.

My new FOI question is -
- Please could you provide me with information on the number
of emails to your migrant reporting email address, held between 31 March 2009 and 31 September 2010?

If possible, could you specify how many of these emails relate to higher education institutions. If this is not possible, then please provide the data in the form in which you hold it.

If this time period is too long, then please provide data for the period that is possible.

Yours faithfully,

Josie Appleton
