Please provide a copy of your current remote working / home working / hybrid working policy (or whichever internal terminology is used).

Please also provide information regarding any measures that you use to monitor in-office attendance of staff - including but not limited to compliance screening documents e.g. equality screenings, equality impact assessments or data protection impact assessments, along with policies, dashboards, privacy notices or any other documents related to office attendance monitoring.
