Dear Andrea Glanville,

My request does not come under the data protections act. Before I asked this question I took advice from Commissioners Office who said the request could stand.

Of course the figures are to hand and can be easily accessed which I request you do. Liverpool City Council do not like this question because it puts them in an compromising situation.

Please re think my request, if not I will make a complaint to the commissioners office.

When Liverpool City Council receive an FOIA they seem to sift through them only selecting what they like and the ones that causes the city council least problems.

You have demonstrated your bias towards me with your unlawful request asking to me to produce my birth certificate.

Yours sincerely,

Audrey O'Keefe
