Money given to Youth Anti-Smoking groups

The request was partially successful.

Dear Liverpool Primary Care Trust (PCT),

I would like to know how 'D-Myst', 'Tobacco Free Futures' and 'Smoke and Mirrors' are funded, and how much money to date Liverpool PCT has given them. I would like this information to be broken down into month by month spending, and money channelled into each group.

Yours faithfully,

V. Hale
