Dear Ministry of Justice,

The MOJ have ignored this request since 2 August 2018.

1.How many applications made by a trustee(s) for possession and sale of a domestic family home were put before HHJ Backhouse from Friday 31 August 2018 - Monday 4 September 2018 ( only on these two days).

2.What were the dates of these applications and on what dates were they recieved by the county court at Maidstone.

3.How many orders were made on Friday 31 August 2018 and how many orders were made on Monday 4 September 2018 by HHJ Backhouse.

Yours faithfully,

Why would the MOJ want to conceal what date HHJ Backhouse made a "possession order" on behalf of a insolvency practitioner/trustee chosen by Maidstone Borough Council and also uses the same London 'debt recovery' solicitors /barristers (agents).

How is it possible to make an order on a different day to the court hearing that apparently only "reflects an order" that was never made on that particular day.

For instance how can an order be made for the possession of a family home that does not reflect the true details, including the wrong date it was alledgly made?
