MoJ Extract of Police National Computer
Dear Ministry of Justice,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting information on the MoJ's extract of the Police National Computer.
Please could you provide the following:

- The data sharing agreement between the Home Office and the MoJ which sets out what can be included in the extract from the PNC.
Your department may use different terminology for documents that are similar to user guides, database schemas, data dictionaries or data sharing agreements. Please consider any such documentation within the scope of the request.
If any parts of this request are exempt from the FOIA, please make best efforts possible to provide alternative information, or respond to as much of the request of possible.
Please let me know if I can clarify any of these questions further, or help in any way to make this request easier or quicker to answer.
Yours sincerely,
Gideon Leibowitz
