Dear Mr Dawson

Thank you for your enquiry dated 15 July 2011 requesting details of the
last three MOD/HSE Joint Liaison Committee (JLC) meetings and copies of
the Agenda and Minutes to those meetings. Your request is being treated as
a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and
has been passed to this division to respond as we have responsibility for
health and safety policy within the Ministry of Defence.

In accordance with the absolute exemptions Section 40 under the Freedom of
Information Act, personal data has been redacted prior to release. This
absolute exemption does not apply to personal data for Senior Civil
Service.

The last three MOD/HSE JLC meetings took place on 12 October 2009, 17
December 2010 and 11 May 2011.

I attach copies of the Agenda and Minutes for these meetings

If you are not satisfied with this response or you wish to complain about
any aspect of the handling of your request, then you should contact me in
the first instance. If informal resolution is not possible and you are
still dissatisfied then you may apply for an independent internal review
