1. Does the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (Statutory Tribunal under the 1974 Act) have a duty to regularly publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Scheme?
2. Does the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (thereafter SDT) have a police and/or or a response regarding slavery?
3. Is the SDT and/or its members aware of the risks of modern slavery in all their business, undertakings, actions, etc., in particular to risks with regards section 1(1)(a) Modern Slavery Act 2015, and/or with regards to aiding, abetting, counselling, procuring, concealing, etc. slavery?
4. Is the SDT and/or its members in all their business, undertakings, actions, etc., aware of the risks arising from going against the law against passing-off? (whether in connection with slavery, or whether not)

"No. Under section 54 of the MSA 2015, a commercial organisation must publish an annual modern slavery statement if all the following apply:
It is a body corporate or a partnership, wherever incorporated or formed.
It carries on a business, or part of a business, in the UK.
It supplies goods or services.
It has an annual turnover of £36 million or more.
Not all the above factors apply to the Tribunal."
2. Does the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (thereafter SDT) have a police and/or or a response regarding slavery?
"The Tribunal opposes slavery and human trafficking in all its forms."
