Dear Milton Keynes Council,

This is a Freedom of Information Act request for the following
information:

1) All copies of communication whether held electronically or
otherwise (and transcription if audio or video) of matters relating
to digital switchover of the Milton Keynes Cable TV System.

2) All information pertaining to the actual technical
characteristics of such cable system, and any assessment of it's
suitability for digital transmission (and reception).

3) All information that suggests (or shows) a material contribution
by Milton Keynes Council to the said cable system, in facilitating
necessary upgrades, in order to realise digital transmission (and
reception), over the said cable system.

Dear Milton Keynes Council,

The information requested under the relevant Act of Parliament, was
a statutory one, which by law, should have led to a disclosure or
response as appropriate by no later than 19th May 2011.

As the legal date for receipt of the above has now passed by over a
week, I have informed the Information Commissioner’s Office
appropriately.

Please also consider this communication as a request for an
immediate internal review over the manner in which my original
request was dealt with.

Quote-marks What a sad and sorry mess the MK cable story has become. I wish the Development Corporation were still around to bash all your heads together and bring back a 'can do' attitude..

I am sure you will moderate this comment out of existence. But the point remains valid.
