Dear Merton Borough Council,

I had a reply from John Bosley, Assistant Director Public Space telling me that my request was refused under Section 22, because it is intended that the information is publicly available week commencing 4 July.

4th July was last Monday and as far as I am aware the information was not made publicly available during that week.

If a report has been published please direct me to it.

Please also note that my request is not for a published report. It is for all the responses, in an Excel spreadsheet or CSV where the responses are in a tabulated, spreadsheet style format, and also for copies of responses where they have been sent in emails or in other formats such as PDF.

If a report has been published and it does not contain the information as requested, then my request still stands, as this remains what I wish to receive.

Yours faithfully,

Sandra Vogel

Can you please now provide me with what I have asked for in this FOI request. For the absence of doubt, I have requested:

The total number of responses received

and

“all the responses, in an Excel spreadsheet or CSV where the responses are in a tabulated, spreadsheet style format, and also for copies of responses where they have been sent in emails or in other formats such as PDF.”

Thank you

Francis McParland, Merton Borough Council

Dear Sandra

Regarding your two questions below;

We received 173 responses

We do not have any individual responses as we used auto-collating, so there are no individual forms in any other format

Regards

Francis

Dear Francis McParland,

Thanks for your swift reply.

Can you please explain what auto collating is and what survey tool you used for this piece of work?

Yours sincerely,

Sandra Vogel

Francis McParland, Merton Borough Council

Sandra

The system is called Place Your Space and it does collate results

However

I now believe we do have individual responses which I have requested

I will ask a member of the team to go through them next week to ensure no identifying information is included

So I anticipate them being sent mid-next week, all being well
