Mitcham Carnival 2023 and 2024
Dear Merton Borough Council,
Please confirm that the 2023 Mitcham Carnival was produced by a third party organisation - Merton and Morden Guild.
- In 2023 was a flat rate paid to Merton and Morden Guild to run Mitcham Carnival, or was there a profit share arrangement, or some other arrangement (if some other, what was the arrangement)
- In 2023 how much money was spent on Mitcham Carnival - please break this down into budget lines
- In 2023 how much profit or loss did Merton Council make on Mitcham Carnival - please break this down into budget lines
- In 2024 is there a relatonship between Merton Council and Merton and Morden Guild for running Mitcham Carnival? If yes what is the nature of that relationship (contractually), and what are the financial arrangements (contract fee, profit share, or any other arrangement)
Yours faithfully,
Sandra Vogel
