Dear H J Wilson, you never seriously expected the police to record or disclose any information about corruption, especially as they note the `tone`of your request.I had reason to report WM Police to the Independent Police Complaints Commission because I objected to the police telling lies in order to obtain money from me for fake `speeding`offences, and the CPS even fetched a District Judge Khalid Qureshi down from Manchester to get the required `judgement`but the IPCC said there was `no evidence`of any lies or deceptions so they were not interested.Misuse of the truth is a basic police policy to lubricate the wheels of `their`justice system, even the lowest levels of officers use the policy because essentially the system is set up to punish people and raise money, not to protect people, as per their fake mission statement , and the lawyers and `judges are on MASSIVE pay and pensions which must be funded somehow. The fake mission statement is the start of their illusion, they spend millions on maintaining their fake image using PR and influencing the local media reports using the secret handshake brigade, well OVER one million pounds reserved to defend against allegations of lies and evidence falsification in the case of the Birmingham Pub Bombings and the Hillsborough coverup. They stall investigations until the evidence is lost or everyone has retired or otherwise `gone away`. Basically, even the most junior levels of cop are authorised, as members of the police family,to lubricate the wheels of justice but advanced police corruption is reserved for the higher echelons of the force who are close to retiring on their very high pensions, an option which, obviously,is not available to junior officers.Interestingly, the last Chief Constable Chris Sims allegedly `retired` but is still HIGHLY paid,as well as getting his massive pension, as a police`consultant`and speechmaker. It`s a highly organised set up, there is NO chance of the IPCC getting involved as they are not really independent, and NO chance of the Police Commissioner David Jamieson doing anything because he has EXACTLY the same motto as on the police crest, namely `Forward In Unity`, and you would have to be pretty thick not to understand they are within the same brotherhood.
Hope this has been more helpful than the `official`police reply, and explains the big picture.
